Various functions and events include monthly Sunday services, regular annual functions, and irregular events in collaboration with external groups.

In addition, this church facing the seaside may be rented as an event venue.

Anyone can join

First Sunday:Joint Shogetsu Memorial Service, "Never ‣ Forgotten Service"

Anyone can apply for a funeral service for the deceased. <10:00 a.m. start>

Third Sunday:Thanksgiving service

The lectures are mainly conducted in English, but the lectures are translated into Japanese, so Japanese speakers are also participating. <10:00 a.m. start>

Fourth Sunday:Japanese/Thanks party

Conducted in Japanese only. Please speak in Japanese at tea time after the event. <10:00 a.m. start>

*Regular services start at 10:00 a.m. and end in about an hour. After that, refreshment time is set for about 1 hour. *The schedule may change depending on the month. January's memorial service will be held on the second Sunday.

Church opening hours: 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Closed: Mondays, Tuesdays, national holidays, the 5th Sunday of the year, year-end

We will be holding a "tea party + kimono experience" event in the garden for the purpose of cultural exchange so that you can easily experience Japanese culture. Anyone living in Hawaii or visiting for sightseeing is welcome to participate.

Ogasawara style “Kagume”(Hikime)'ceremony'

The ``Hamame no Gi'' is an important ritual of the Ogasawara school, in which those selected through repeated training demonstrate their skills in front of the shrine and in front of many people. It is a Shinto ritual to purify evil and pray for peace, peace, and prosperity for the family. On that day, Mr. Kiyoshi Ogasawara came and the first ``Homame no Gi'' was held in Hawaii.

Hawaii Conference of Religions Peace

Celebration of "Peace Prayer" hosted by Hawaii Conference of Religions Peace

was held at the Gedatsu Church on Sunday, October 23 from 4:00 to 6:00 pm.

This is an annual gathering of priests and leaders of various religious denominations in Hawaii.

Beyond the differences of religion, doctrine and culture,It is a festival to pray for peace together.
